If any of you see me (squirrelking on PSN) in the forest, I'll be up for any fun-time merriment. Hide and seek, tag, shield fighting, whatever. My current main is a 50 vit, 42 end (exactly S lvl 70, haven't buffed any other stats) using two Grass Crest Shields (one lightning+4, until someone donates a slab, one unupgraded), child mask, silver knight armor, black iron legs, havel gauntlets, steel prot ring, and cloranthy ring. Grass Crest + Grass Crest + Grass + Cloranthy + Child mask? Can you say stamina?
Yes, Stamina
I'm going to ask again, hoping for a different answer (or one at all actually) but does anyone wanna pvp with/against me? I have sl 100 110 30ish and 125
Anyone want to do darkroot garden with me?
I think I'll do this build next. I wanna be able to parry and clean someone's clock out with a single hit. Heh. May switch out Havel's for Hornet Ring but I'll need to remove the gauntlets to be under 25% load

Plus light armor/low poise + parrying dagger = REALLY dumb idea.

Not to mention a little bit of poise.

Better r2 attacks. [editline]6th May 2012[/editline] Plus then you can our more points into vit.

I upgraded it before i found the great club so i stuck with it.
Have any of you guys been on Demon's Souls lately? The messages in that game are getting rated in the thousands everywhere.

Shit I forgot to mention you might wanna use charcoal pine resin to use the true Shinryuken
Haven't seen a single message in Ash Lake or in The Great Hollow. When I got back to Blighttown, I felt relief as I saw tons of messages everywhere. It just feels... a whole lot more lonely without them.

Lord knows I've never been there.
By any chance would anyone be nice enough to buy me Ornstein's armor set? I got some spare humanities lying around that I could pay for it with.
By any chance would anyone be nice enough to buy me Ornstein's armor set? I got some spare humanities lying around that I could pay for it with.
ornstein's armor isn't even that good tbh use smoughs instead fat man make you go splat
I turn my internet off once to see what it's like, My god it's lonely.
I've played through most of the game without an Xbox Live subscription. It's depressing. :( [editline]7th May 2012[/editline]
ornstein's armor isn't even that good tbh use smoughs instead fat man make you go splat
Ornstein's set is fantastic for the first and second playthrough, methinks. Granted, it can't be upgraded so eventually you'll need to switch to something a bit more scalable, but it DOES mean you don't have to spend Titanite chunks and slabs on upgrading armor for a while.
So which should I use, because I'm not liking smough's that much.
I paid for an xbox live subscription just for this. One of the better investments I've made this year (even though having to pay to play online in a game is horrible, in normal conditions). Dark Souls is just too damn fun.
should i get back into this game got bored with my builds and i cant really think of anything that would be new/exciting
Me to, but I have tried nearly all the classes. Might start as a deprived for shit and giggles. We need some major DLC or an expansion as we called it few years ago.
Deprived starting gear only, Leveling allowed. (Unless you really want a masochistic challange)
Can't believe it works so damn well.
I sure am thinking about having a 2nd playthrough eventually, but do I really want to go through all that again?
Yes. It's much more fun the 2nd time IMO.
Deprived isn't really that bad if you just know what you're doing
Given the horrible starting items, I'd say it's pretty challenging at the start. But once you get some decent equipment, I guess it won't be too hard.
Finished this build last night: http://goo.gl/oSsDU It's really fun to use for some fast paced PvP, because you have stamina coming out your ass you only need to stop for about 2 seconds before running into the fight again slashing. It's a shame that it just goes over the light roll limit though, because I'd love to switch out Havels. Might change it to the DWGR later but it feels cheap.
