Solaire cameo somewhere at least.
Provided he survived, in your playthrough, which means you had to be at Chaos Servant +2 before you did Lost Izalith, which a lot of players didn't do.
I want Demons Souls 2
I want Demons Souls 2
King Allant 2.0
I always wondered what about this game is making me come back. If you look at it, it is really linear and a pretty basic RPG/Hack n'Slash game. There is not much variety and replayvalue on the first glance. But nevertheless I can create tons of character and do the same levels again, without feeling bored or annoyed. The enemies do not change on each playthrough and are always at the same place. This game is simply awesome.

I still play it almost every day and have the PC version preordered which no doubt will add more time onto that. It's really an amazing game.

You can quickly pick it right up and start playing. It leaves tons of room to do what you want and level up how you want.

God damn, I got my roommate playing this, guided him through parts and already played for about 9 hours.
I finally got my PS3 fixed (after 7 months of not working). I'm at Anor Londo. "Amazing chest ahead."

Trying to think of a quicker weapon that won't bounce off of shields that much for PvP. I was thinking of using an Estoc but being a piercing sword I'm afraid of being destroyed whenever people decide to turtle, and there's no real bonus to 2-handing them.
If you use an Estoc, keep an elemental shotel on hand. Power attacks are fun for turtles. Or just get good at parries.
Being good at parries essentially means you can win in any fight. Just parry people to death. Parries and backstabs are the cheapest ways to fight.
Parries are difficult, much harder to pull off than backstabs with a much higher risk. The fact that you think they're easy mode makes me think you can't parry but recently got dominated by someone who can.

Saying it's hard is kind of missing my point. If you can consistently parry, you will beat every opponent you come up against easily in PVP, because parrying can be used against any build. If they're a tank with a huge sword? Parry it. If they're a light build with a rapier? Parry it. If they're anything in between with basically any type of weapon, you can parry it. I think it's easy mode if you're able to do it well. Slap on the Hornet Ring and the Dark Wood Grain ring on a decent PVP build and PVP in general is easy mode. [editline]23rd May 2012[/editline] Oh, and, yes, I will get dominated by someone who is good at parrying, because short of spamming some form of magic, I don't see how you can get around it. If they parry every hit you throw, you can't do anything to them.
Gosh, I need some serious armor for my Deprived character. I look like a total fucking idiot. The boar helmet combined with a simple skeleton armor and a rapier. It looks so ridiculous :v: I also die pretty fast.
Keep the Boar helmet on for the rest of the Deprived run! I think i might do a Deprived run myself in the future.

[editline]23rd May 2012[/editline] Real men do deprived pvp. +15 club + charcoal resin + wolf ring = come at me bro.
So for the majority of the day I've been pvp'ing in the forest using this build: big ass url (I use a Target shield when I'm in the parrying mood, but lately it's all I've been using in order to force myself to practice) Also - I found this video beforehand, and while I can sometimes get out of 2v1 situations with Wrath of the Gods, it's just too hilarious not to do this, so every time I see a phantom when I invade, I basically end up doing what this guy does. okay I'm actually doing deprived pvp hatemail EVERYWHERE
okay I'm actually doing deprived pvp hatemail EVERYWHERE
i'm sorry but people who send hatemail to someone with a build like that need to sell everything they own
Last time I played this I did the forest glitch thing (where the invaders come and you farm gold) and leveled up to 50 but had shitty spells and gear. So I'm rerolling. 1. I'm thinking of making a female. Is the voice annoying? 2. What class should I pick, in your opinion? 3. I love you.
Female voices in my opinion are better than male ones because they don't sound like they're fucking orgasming when they get hit I don't think class really matters too much, but I normally just pick whatever has the most points invested into what I plan on putting points into anyway, or has a low amount of points in skills I plan on ignoring entirely. Can't go wrong with a level 1 Pyro though, that's what I normally go with.
I went with Sorc as base but I'm not so sure now. I played a bit of undead burg and I'm not sure if I should have picked thief as base just for the key or what. I want a light melee character with magic, so maybe I should just do pyro... I don't know. I'm thinking dex/int build. Any suggestions?

Once you clear the Duke's Archives you generally won't have issues with anything you tackle after that. The crystal sorceries are incredibly powerful. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by picking the thief for the key. You can pick the Master Key as your starting gift, which is what you should absolutely pick every time. What did you pick?
