I know that Portal 2 in some way is going to provoke strong emotions. I can't wait.
End of MGS3 (massive spoiler warning): Seriously this is hands down one of the most emotional and best executed endings to a video game ever. It flawlessly tied everything up while still surprising you. The fact that you struggled through the entire game, hunting The Boss, your mentor and "mother" to finally kill her in the end during a dramatic battle AND THEN witnessing this ending was just flawless. I think the voice actor legit cried when she was delivering those last lines, and they just decided to keep it. Sounds like it at least.
I get really protective of my squad in X-com because I named them all myself and watched them improve. If Smeghead gets killed by a stray laser I get really upset. Any aliens left better watch their asses.
When My Team got infected..I would never go forward untill I hunted the infected member down So i could let him rest.
Dragon Age: Origins I got so damn protective of my party members i would just yell and curse at my screen whenever Morrigan or Sten died. I always tended to them afterwards and showered them in gifts. I even felt guilty once when i was fighting a Hurlock and poor Morrigan had two Great Bears on her. I could've easily used Threaten to aggro them away, but i didn't realize it until she was dead. I went apeshit on the bears afterwards.
Yeah the ending question that Morrigan gives you seriously made me sit and think for a solid 30 minutes, I just didn't know what to pick, because I liked all the characters and obviously wouldn't want my character to die. Of course at the time I was assuming Bioware wasn't going to be a bunch of cockbags by making DA2 have nothing to do with the first one. I thought my choice at the end of DA:O would have a serious conciquence in the next game, with the story being based around that choice. Instead we get DA:2 which is the action movie straight-to-DVD sequel to DA:O that has not a single connection to the first game at all
Am I the only one who is constantly depressed that Ray Boccino from GTA IV is dead?
Holy shit this thing is full of spoilers, is it that hard to use the spoiler tag?
Say whatever you want about how H-games are dumb but Yume Miru Kusuri got me close to crying on a number of occasions.
