I was gonna make a joke about Gabe taking many hours to get through a single meal, but I know you guys would take it a different way.
Gabe ate her, Kim had to fight her way through his stomach and intestines.
Battled the deadly monster that lives in Gabe and feeds off humans he eats.
Kim defeated the monster, and got out through the back tunnel. (If you know what I mean.)
Because Gabe is fat.
