Was a 30 minute walk from spawn to the old Tundra PO (another Fp village), think yourself lucky.

Oh if every one wants a house I rec that some one should google skechup a rough blue print of lots for people, would also need people to scout for lots of pine trees and water with fish ( easy to get food from fish) I don't know what the area is like so I thought I would mention thiis
One more thing it would be a very good idea to have a community kitchen/ storage space for food and tools, a lumber yard, fishing boat and farm which perminant settlers can acess these are all good things to do as they helped with the success of the pcgamers wurm village
