So once i get it to stop crashing, and i find FP camp, your advice is to start finding as much food as possible? though i'd rather delay having my own shed and make an awesome one later.
We need somekind of mentor
:O i see my house coming up on there, it has no door at the time and is missing a wall
Logging back in to help.
If you don't know what to do, go into the forest and BOTANIZE all the fields with flowers on them. Put whatever you find and either SOW IT in the farm area, or put it in the BARREL near it, and I will do it when I get to it.
I'll come on soon guys, teach me how to cook and I'll be your bitches.
I had an account a WHILE ago, like a year, maybe longer. If I can remember the account name/password do you think all my skills would be the same or do they degrade over time?
seems like fun
We have a pig! :D
Argh crashed again
I arrived at the camp but i have no idea what to do and the game is too dark during the night, i can't see shit...
I along with a few others have made fires. I might make a few more. To the new guys: the Wurm wiki is your friend. http://wurmonline.com/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page
Who here thinks that oil lamposts out of the deed is a good idea? They should implement it though. If so just start supporting the idea in this thread, http://wurmonline.com/forum/index.php?topic=35023.30 unfortunately some fucking pubbies don't like the idea of everyone having reliable oil lamps. Also join their forum and stuff, this will be fun.
okay i'm at the little settlement thing. I'm guntherthebrave.
I'm considering playing this game again.
I am sad. Game is extremely confusing.
Everything you need is in the wiki, take it step by step. if by the small chance the wiki doesn't answer your question, I'm sure someone here will. This game has a steep learning curve but once you get used to it, it's easy as pie. (:

(:
I'm not saying this game is bad or anything, as i only arrived at the camp and quit the game cuz i was kind of busy at the time but it seemed to be quite interesting. However, i hate games that require you to read an equivalent of a 2000 page novel to just get started. [editline]08:55PM[/editline] Also, do i have to do something to join the fp camp or will the game automatically do it for me? I just arrived there, looked around and quit the game.

It would be pretty lame if you knew exactly how to make plate armor and giant ships right away, there's no discovery involved
I loved finding that poor village, and stealing all there stuff. We pulled at least four carts full of stuff.
Where do screenshots go too? I can't find them.
Fern's a fag.
Fern's a fag.
Who exactly is he anyway?
Sorry Codemonkey, for what happened after you logged off. We lost two fucking small anvils to this game's shitty item-dropping system. IF I WANTED IT TO GO INTO A CRATE/CART I WOULD HAVE PUT IT INTO THE CRATE'S INVENTORY. NOT OPTED TO SIMPLY DROP IT WHERE I WAS STANDING. Two small anvils disappeared when I tried dropping them inside the workshop. There are nowhere.
No worries, small anvils are a breeze to make. Large Anvils are a bitch.

There's a pile semi-inside the forge, check that
I loved finding that poor village, and stealing all there stuff. We pulled at least four carts full of stuff.
Yes, and I got a free small cart out of it! BTW, I now have an unfinished small cart laying around. All it needs are two nails. Anyone want it (tomorrow, I'm going to bed now).
The item dropping system is hardly a big deal. It's just a simple drag and drop interface. And there is a drop action to drop stuff directly on the ground (which is needed for terraforming).
hey I'm Niggledongs ig fyi.

goddamn it is so difficult to make nails, or iron or anything like that, no one wants to help me :saddowns: not even the wiki
