I've cut so many trees that the quality of axe has gone from 10 down to 5. What happens when the quality reaches zero? Do i have to craft a new one or what?

Locking the mine is a dick move. So, what happens when somebody needs some iron ore or some shit?
I wanted to lock the mine so it doesn't get fucked by someone again by mining under a forge or something.
Not everyone needs access to it.

It's not like anybody's sharing the stuff that he's mined. People need access to the mines.
quality can never go below one, you'll just have to repair it more often
Orkel, your mallet probably broke because you didn't repair it. If something accumulates 100 damage it is destroyed.
People will have access, but if I have a door they can be selectively chosen.
IE idiots can not screw everything up.

examine the item, it'll tell you what it needs to be improved
fences and house walls use planks/shards to be repaired/improved iirc
