No more trees could grow, but grass regrows every 1 1/2 days on dirt.

Sand basically duplicates itself if you drop it on a dirt tile so from there it basically spreads like a fungus.

She was a complete bitch and got what was coming to her. I tried to approach her in a kind manner but she was adamant that the forest, that we actually require to expand, was hers alone. She decided that her needs of the forest were far greater than an entire town that cropped up next to her.
Also someone needs to record her reaction, she had a period when someone touched one of her precious trees.
