Guys, it's a sandbox games, you shouldn't worry about 'reputations' and all that. We're here as a community to have fun, we need to do activities such as showing a stuck up pubbie why she can't go around hogging a whole forest to herself. If your way of having fun in the game is simply to sit at the forge all day making your 50% chance iron nails for your house then that's fine by me, but let other people have fun in their own way.

Oh, and the plan was originally to deforest behind her house, but people decided to take it to another level and start dropping sand everywhere.

Point is that one of those actions ruins it for the many, while the other does not.
Some plans maybe?
1. Atttain massive amounts of fish, set up dedicated fishermen, cooks. Build food bins and ovens and cook as much gulasch as possible. Construct a pendulum and set up fountains (no wells) for water. Cauldrons for cooking it and barrels for storage.
2. Organize storage bins and build houses and sheds, build fences and get a locksmith. Cut trees and replant them and get as much building done as possible.
3. Start terraforming loads for the settlement, optimize things and build roads and improve existing ones. Clear up shit and kill aggros, butcher and loot them. Capture domestic ones for breeding.
4. Start a barrel making, storage and transport and ship programme. Develop docks and get people in rowboats to sail about looting old houses.
Plus if anybody wants raw fish go to Mcubbager and obtain fish off of him, (Next to Kalinns place) only eat if desperate, otherwise cook it then eat it.

About 95% of people in the camp helped, and we were supposed to cut down the trees behind her house, not pile sand and shit. So I don't think its one or two people.

It was the majority of the camp that went and raped the land and turned it into desert.
They are still ruining it for minority who didn't though.

As has already been said there were many of us involved in the ransacking of this persons area. It's a sandbox game where everyone is entitled to terraform unclaimed land (i.e. non-walled off land in GV). She was totally unreasonable when approached by us and we decided it would be fun to create a desert in return. I think it looks more appealing than endless green fields anyway.
It was a good laugh, we all had fun and if you don't want to be labelled by the odd one or two people around our area as an 'Awful Facepuncher' you needn't tell them you are one (have you been interacting with the 'locals' anyway?)
I wish I was there with you in the raid. Looked hilarious.

When I first turned up the raid was mostly over. When I first went over the brow of the hill I just burst out laughing at the expansive desert and the well being piled up high onto that spike.

Because she herself told me when she was online. She was busy complaining about how we were harming the forest that had been there since before she arrived.
we have a shitload of people, we could easily create a massive desert considering GV isn't very big
when you drop sand, it turns like 4 tiles at a time into sand, and you can use those tiles to dig up more sand, it's a cycle
