I joined up and followed all the directions up to the 3 tile road, but I'm at a place called Fort Wumpus, I'm assuming our village is just "Facepunch Village", right? If so I am lost.

I just about give up. I want to make a small cart so I can head to the Fp Village, but to do that you need a million other things, I gave up on nails because I have no fucking idea how to get all the shit needed for them. Maybe these types of games aren't for me.

I don't think you can, from what I remember.
As soon as it finishes loading when I start the game up it just crashes without warning.

Well Im not having fun seeing as how I can't steal any items like how the other FPers are doing.
Wurm does not work well with many versions of ATI drivers (or ATI in general). If disabling Catalyst AI doesn't work, check the Wurm forums for driver versions and whatnot.
Fuck, it stops responding when it's done loading.
