Not yet, they are supposed to be working on it all of tomorrow though (well, technically today).
Make no mistake people, this town will most likely fail, like every other Facepunch town did before. Just enjoy it while it lasts for a couple of weeks, and stop whining or worrying about people stealing or being asses. Drama is what keeps communities alive. If nothing would happen, this game would be boring as shit.
People like to generalize and pretend every FP'er is bad, but most of us are just doing our thing and are not causing trouble at all. The GM's know this, so don't expect mass bannings out of nowhere. I stopped caring about this years ago, and so should you. Just watch over your stuff, don't be dependant on anyone and you'll do fine in any Facepunch town.
What we have now is pretty much a 'First wave' facepunch town. A 'First wave' facepunch town consist of people that haven't played the game before and have no idea what to do. A 'First wave' town also has a massive population. Because there are so many clueless people around, they just start doing random shit, and the town doesn't really go anywhere unless someone tells them what to do.
In the summer, when this town is dead, we'll probably get a 'Wave two' town, which will mostly consist of the same people that played in 'Wave one'. The people who have some experience and know what to do. It'll have less newbies, so less people screwing things up, and it'll have more cooperation, so more progress.
Facepunch towns get progressively more awesome as time goes on. Every time a new town is started, the survivors from the previous town get more experienced. It's just that it's been a really, really long time since the previous 'Wave', so we have a lot of newbies now that don't know what to do.
This looks so awesome, I wish my computer wasn't shot.

I'm not sure if it was Karys or KatyS, but there was a Karys on before the maintenance, he/she didn't respond to anything I said though. The land around her house is all green again with some trees, not sure how the hell that happened so fast.
