Any game that isn't a fighting game, JRPG, stealth game, or DMC-esque game doesn't make sense to me on the PC.
I can see devs porting Wii games to the PS3. I know Suda is interested in this.

I first beat Mass Effect on the 360. Then I played the PC version and I was surprised at how much of an improvement it was.

None of that except bolded is at all interesting to me. I don't see the hype over God Of War games. I've played, and beaten the shit out of both of them. Nothing spectacular.
Well if you have never had one, then yes it's a good idea, there are loads of "older" games that are great. If you had one and already have played those games then it would make more sense to buy a PS3.

Contrary to what everyone else seems to do, if someone says a game is great, I play it and try and see it. Normally I do, but I didn't with GoW.

Well, that 9 hours felt like too much to me. The gameplay itself was ok, but nothing I haven't played before, but I will admit, the box camo is amazing.

Don't shy away just because it's a TBS, It's an amazing game with a great story.

MSG just felt like another stealth game. It was fun, but nowhere even near the hype it got.

You can switch from Stealth to Action any time you want, and I haven't seen any stealth games like it before. Splinter cell for example has no-one around, ever. In MGS4 you're in a warzone.
I'd say it deserved the hype it got, and while it was a bit over, it lived up to 99% of it.
And after watching about 20 minutes worth of Valkyria chronicles gameplay on Youtube, I'll say it looks interesting, but not enough that I'm going to care about it.

MGS4 is an experience, unlike hitman, the AI actually works, there is diversity among the levels, the gameplay is great, the online mode is great, Enough features to keep you interested for a while.

I'll say it's a good game, I won't say it deserves a 9 in my book, as it's gotten 10's from people. Just not my cup of tea. I'll play the new one when it comes out for sure though.

PS3 has more Japanese style games. Japanese style games just do not appeal to me at all for the most part. There are exceptions, but for the most part.
