Yeah, I tried to get online like last week.
There was a short message about how Capcom wanted to thank everyone who had played for that last three years, and that they were no longer hosting the servers.
That was the coldest day in my life.

They should have at least left a red server up, just incase someone wanted to play.
Yeah, it would've been nice.
But you can still get plates from TP, and the only monsters you can't fight are Fata and Lao.
(Except for the plus monster, only Rathalos and Rathian in TP count as plus, and the only plus drops they have are the plates.)
I've heard it's kind of a love-it-or-hate-it game.
It looks interesting to me, but the people who hate it make me want to not buy it.
Same goes for Fable.

Game informer game MHF a 4/10, they said it was boring, repeditave and there was barely any combat.
I don't think they made it past training.
Man, I love this game to bad all I really did was run around with a Devil Slicer cutting down Kut-kus, Garugas, and pretty much every Wyvern that came into my path, EVEN A KHEZU, with a Devil Slicer.
I remember buying Monster Hunter for the PS2 on release. Me and my friend wasted so many fucking hours online.
We eventually got some of the best armor in the game, the real rare stuff. Damn, I want to replay that game. It's been so long.
