God dammit EA, the new Medal of Honor should be in Vietnam!
Men of Valor was pretty much Medal of Honor in Vietnam, more or less because it was made by the guys who made MoH:AA.
Medal of Honor Allied Assault was class! Hopefully this will be just as good, if not... Better!
Here's to it being better than Modern Warfare 2.
That won't be hard. MW2 is a much overhyped game that has only survived due to the success of MW.
Have you even played any of the recent MOH games?
Because they're not one-man army games.
That's why I spent most of Airborne storming giant nazi flak towers by myself.

What the hell are you talking about, Allied Assault and its expansions were mainly you being alone (sometimes with 2 or 3 AI teammates that did pretty much nothing) against a shitload of germans.

Yeah, and in Airborne none of the AI did anything to help... except maybe distract the SS, gasmask, MG42 firing off the hip, takes two shots to the head to kill dudes.
but its ea lol and ea neve maek good games XDDD also they kill kitties
Activision are the new pricks of the gaming industry. I have made ammends with EA, but the shutting down of Pandemic hurt. Goddamn this looks awesome.
I'd like a remake of Allied Assault and it's expansion packs.
Just cybepunk-ified. Plasma rifles, robots, techno, and nazi's.
Fuck yes.

Agree. EA has done their share of bad things, but have seemed to calm down a LOT. Activision is now on the rise to evil domination.
god damn EA keep milkin that cash cow.
keep beating that dead horse.
Medal of Grenade ZZ Top Edition
They still can't spell Honour :frown:
They still can't spell Honour :frown:
They're an American company. Honor is correct for us, as well as theater instead of theatre.

Yeah, I know... but it still irritates me :frown:

Kinda sounds more like how it's spelled too.
Examples:
Theater = Thee-a-ter vs. Theatre = Thee-trey?
Or Honor = hon-er vs. Honour = Hon-ower?
May depend on how you guys say it in your Breh'ish accents.
Theater = Thee-a-ter vs. Theatre = Thee-trey?
"Tre" sounds like more comparable to "tra"... not "trey". Regardless, we pronounce both words the same and the technicalities of spelling differences shouldn't bother anyone.

Oh but "sulphur" is better than "sulfur". :smug:
Oh fuck my dad is going to be pissed. He hates modern games and loves games like the older MoF games.
I want media damnit.

Bewm stick time?
Hey as long as this game allows you to heal by eating food.
Can't remember which MoH game it was (all I remember is that it was a island hoping campaign and we were fighting Japanese troops) and you could heal yourself by eating a bowl of noodles.
I hope you can do the same thing in this game.
Imagine this: during a firefight, you are wounded badly, and jump into the cover of a doorway or whatever. You're losing a lot of blood- but THEN! You spot a kebab vendor in the next street over!
Seeing this as your last chance to recover from your horrific injuries you plow through the flimsy walls of two houses, throw the kebab seller aside and eat ALL the kebabs for yourself.
You don't have to pay. You just have to say you're Tier 1 and watch as the vendor gawks at you in awe as your bullet wounds stitch themselves back together and the bullets pop out and land at your feet.
You also healed in RTCW by eating food.
Aye, the days of running into a room with an MP40, mowing down everything that moves, and then eating some fried chicken.

I can dig, brah.
I also hope the protagonist isn't that homeless man with a gun they have on the website.
But guys, Allied Assault sucked!
But I only hated it because the snipers were so accurate and I just got killed over and over again by them.
I thoroughly look forward to Guitar Hero : Modern Warfare
Seeing as it's set in Afghanistan I'm hoping that, even if the gameplay isn't especially realistic (I'm not really expecting anything more realistic than Brothers in Arms), that the story will be sensible (as opposed to MW2 bullshit).
Wasn't the first medal of honor involve subterfuge, spy espionage and soloing as a commando being enemy lines? What if the protagonist in this game is working behind enemy lines as a CIA agent infiltrating the Al-Qaeda network?
The 1st MOH was all about espionage

This may explain why the character have a beard

Or he is just a homeless man, and the whole 'Tier 1' program was an effort to remove homeless people from the streets.
Hopefully it won't be a steaming pile of gaming feces, like the CoD series (post CoD3).
It won't be hard to top Airborne.
Hope it has the same cover system, though. Loved the whole control stick to lean thing.
