If any item is totally unique, I keep it just in case, even if I have to drop a Sword of Winning Winness to hold it.
In games that allow it, I always shoot people in the legs and then make up some cool ass line to say and pop them in the head when they're on the floor
When I'm playing COH, I spam volks and march them to 'Ride of the Valkyries'.
Always.

When I'm driving a vehicle and I'm turning left or right I spin my controller corresponding with the direction I'm turning and sometimes I'll lean that way also.
Whenever I have NPCs in a game like in Halo I'll name one Mark and one Steven. I'll try to keep them both alive but secretly I want Mark to die. Usually Steven dies and I go on a rampage avenging him then kill Mark.

If I have a lot of ammo i sometimes try and write "FUCK" into a wall.
Shooting at the wall.
I draw dicks with bullet holes.
While looking around corners, I lean to try and look around the corner.
Trying to walk through teammates.... TF2 habit.
Whilst gaming, I sometimes start shouting random Shadow of Chernobyl quotes at my PC.

I used to do this but then I realised the amount of crap cluttered on the sidewalks such as tree's would swiftly send me flying out of the car and into a wall or some shit when I crashed into them.

Whenever I kill someone in a 1 on 1 fight I just HAVE to kidk them down and impale them on my sword as finishing move.
When fighting females I switch to a small knife and go for the breast-stab decapicition move and steal clothes :ohdear:
I usually download the games soundtrack or make it myself.
For example i have TF2's, World of Goo's and Assassin's Creed's. I could get alot of other Valve ones, but they are kinda boring. Some of the songs are good like Vortal combat though, but if it's not the complete one i won't have it.
I also made myself a Braid and Modern Warfare 2 soundtrack.
I can upload the MW2 one if people would like it.
I always rest my hand on my face whilst gaming. :/ RTS or any of those.
In rome: Total war, i would always set up battles between an army of civillians and one fully elite unit of beserkers.
In case you're wondering: No survivors on the bad guys side, no casulties on my side.
