in ut3 (v)ctf i avoid shooting people and run for the flag. even when im being shot at i dont like shooting them. but then i spam shots in DM
If something on the map explodes, il blow it up.
I always reload, even if I only shoot one round.
I tend to use the sleeker/lighter/less powerful guns because they don't make me feel like a walking Robocop.
Like, if I find a huge machine gun that shoots exploding bullets, I'd pass it up for a dinky pistol.
I sometimes tend to ignore everyone except enemies in my direct line of sight... and it usually ends up as a very good strategy (HL1, sometimes TF2, definitely not CSS)
In RTS games, if it has some form of base defense (Towers, turrets, whatever) I always spam them. Always. This is called "Turtling" as far as I know.
It sucks because its a shit tactic, for me anyway, but I can't help it >.<
I also have to build bases in RTS games neatly and make everything look somewhat real and nice and symmetrical. So I fail alot and then usually never play them much :crying:
I tend to conserve ammo even if I have unlimited.
Killing the good guys
I always kill the good guys, but only in a game like halo, because it doesn't stuff up the mission
If you do it in halo 2 the invincible black man kills you.
In RTS games, I always create a retardedly huge army and have an excess amout of resources afterwords and attack en masse. This usually results in very long games.
Also, in FPS games, I always advance at a crawl and hardly ever sprint, just in case I run into something.
Reload fetish.
jumping into unusual places which often results into me falling off the map
When I'm in a team going at it in a battlefield against the opposing team, I always like to be behind a teammate as a human shield
I used to do this while playing Dawn of War, whenever my guys are about to get into some nasty melee combat I always move them behind another squad and I just repeat this process till the would be attacker is dead. Frog leap if you will.
And in FPS' if I know the level ends beyond this point and that everything I have is going to be useless, I waste all the ammo.
My F5 key is wearing away from quick saving every 10 seconds.
A strange thing in GTA IV , I can't let a scooter driving guy go, I just have to drive over him.
This. If you ask me, they had it coming.
Usually I play around with the ragdolls, if the game has them. Like in Dark Messiah, whenever I kill people, I either:
1. Throw them at spikes.
2. Throw them into fire.
3. Throw them off cliffs/into pits.
Also, I laugh hysterically whenever I kick people down the stairs or when they go flying.
Jumping. Constantly. Everywhere.
Seriously if the game has a jump button I can't got more than 5 seconds with out subconcoiusly pressing it.

I always have to beat the shit out of ragdolls if possible and make them fall off high places

After moving the mouse I always subconsiously centre it back on the mouse pad (lifting it and moving it it). I have no idea why.

If I'm bored I sometimes make my own headbobs. :c

If I know a gun has infinite ammo, I shoot everything and everywhere with it.

And after playing Team Fortress 2 too long, whenever I'm in need of medical attention in any game I like pressing the "E" button

If there's nothing to do, I usually spam A and D while running to the objective. Usually with lots of jumping as well. Things like this applies to TF2 and L4D 1/2

When playing a game like Counter Strike, I switch my weapon back and forth really fast by pressing Q all the time. I don't know why I do it.

and when we are in a group I shoot the ground next to them until they look around but when they look at me I look somewhere else unsuspiciously, and then when they start to run again I shoot past their heads so it sounds like they are under fire.

If a wall looks suspicious, I will continue shooting at it while writing something in bullet decals.
All of these. I have terrible OCD.
Fun fact: Whenever I go to lock a door, I have to check it seven times. Whenever I use the toilet, I have to flush it twice. Whenever I'm walking around my house, I have to pass by the kitchen table no matter where I'm going (even if it's from the toilet to the sink).
There is a lot more too. I just don't want to name them all.
I yell in my Rorscach/Batman/Sean Connors voice while constantly flipping the screen off.
I like to blow things up.
12 Grenade kills in one round of MW2
This is very strange, but I'm immature as fuck. I like to play through the campaign of games, especially RPG's and FPS's pretending I'm the main character. :c00l:
When I play GTA I hit everyone in a smaller or inferior vehicles which usually means I hit heaps of scooter/motorcycles.
also even if I fire one shot I reload, fucks me up heaps when I play CSS

I do that jumping thing a lot in TF2 as well, but that's more of a countermeasure against snipers than anything else.

Haha yeah, ye old tunnel vision
Hitting the ground with melee weapons.
Jumping.
In hl2/gmod I hit one spot with the crowbar until the dent mark is basically black and white.
In CSS, I try to keep my bullet count even.
When I played RuneScape I HAD to examine every single thing I walked by.. :smug:
Powerslides in Empiresmod.
I use them to ram into enemy vehicles, much to their dismay :3

Oh, this for NWN.
Everything I ever ran across got the Eye treatment.
As a last ditch effort in the face of death, I spam grenades
Mostly in Call of Duty games
I have to experience evry little tidbit the deveopers put into the game if it's a good game.
I have seen every location and have every item in Fallout 3 (Didn't even take that long)
I save before evry lockpick/hack in every game so I can do it correctly (If i don't I feel like I am missing something)
I always get my hacking/Social/Lockpicking skills up to max first so I can pass evry speech check and open any door.
I save a game in for example Crysis so i can take a different route every time. After i have had them all I pick the one I pick the one I like best and do that again.
I am currently trying to get to every place in Morrowind but that game is HUGHE!
I recently watched qball's RA2 walkthrough on Youtube, hell I watched almost all of his walkthroughs (Expect the China ones, they're boring) and now I have this urge to narate an RTS game when I'm playing it, like:
"Okay, now we need to sell this off and build a spy."
"Okay, you'll need to bribe an engie infront of the barracks *Bribes engie* Now send him back to the barracks, after that, build a few more engies at the new barracks and destroy the base on the inside, and sell it."
