I jump through EVERY gap, no matter how small it is.
Also, in highly detailed games i jump into places i shouldn't be in to see what's in there.

Watch his RA2 and Yuri's Revenge walkthroughs,
They're priceless.
Creating single player missions in ArmA 2 that involve me and a squad riding in a back of a helicopter. If I ever sit beside a black guy I stare at him and zoom in until he notices, I quickly turn my head and act like I wasn't doing anything until he looks away again and do it again.
In Starcraft I like to make a huge force of just marines and load them all into dropships. Then proceed to fly them right into the middle of the enemy base. I also narrate this pretending that I'm one of the marines in the dropship, my mind adds all sorts of special affects too. It gets sad when the one marine I choose as THAT marine dies. I usually have a sort of funeral.
After moving the mouse I always subconsiously centre it back on the mouse pad (lifting it and moving it it). I have no idea why.
anybody who has even used a computer for like 15minutes does this. It's not a habit, more like something you must do.

I never did this.
Oh wait, it's with a mouse pad, yeah I did this once or twice,
Good thing I don't have a mousepad.
When playing GTA IV I usually like to find myself a Turismo, and pretend that I am in a James Bond movie.
Or if I can't find myself one of those (Which is kind of hard to do, considering that there is a building full of them.) then I just usually pretend that I am in an action movie in general.

Also, probably pretty common, but I am an alt-o-holic. Shit sucks. In any game with somewhat in-depth character creation, I can never get very far in the game without having to make a new character.. The game always gets old because all I ever do is play through the very beginning of it. Examples:
Mass Effect
NWN (Or pretty much just any RPG I guess.)
Pretty much all MMORPGs too. :(
I LOVE to torture. For example:
There was an evil guy who tried to trap me. When I escaped, I went onto a mountain, Pulled out my rifle, and picked off most of his squad, leaving 2-3 alive. I then used my pistol to injure him severely and finish off his squad, then I did a finishing blow to the face with a close up rifle shot.
Or to simple NPCs, I'll shoot them in both legs and watch them suffer for a moment before ending their pain.
It's so satisfying hearing the cries of pain while knowing that you hold the power to kill without consequence.
I just melee all the time, In call of duty, whenever I'm not shooting,
i just use melee
anything :D
In games like Fallout 3 and Oblivion, I always seem to pick the most convoluted, delaying path possible. For instance, in Oblivion, no matter what quest I'm doing, no matter where I am, I always manage to find some bigass mountain that always has to be in my direct path. I will then spend ten minutes trying to climb it, only to go around to the other side and find a path.
In single player RTS I try to keep my units who do badass shit alive, or keep them as my elite forces.
Once, I had about 15 elite GIs in RA2. (this was against computer opponents) and I spent ages levelling up the black hawk helicopters, and had an elite crew of 3 elite helicopters that tore up infantry while the GI's basically killed the fuck out of anything that moved, and I had crazy ass guerilla missions and it was awesome.

In RTS games, especially C&C, I build a massive base with tons of defenses and lots of refineries. I grab every little piece of resource available and build an unbeatable army while doing so. I keep expanding my power with smaller bases around each ore field. Eventually the enemy's economy gets reduced to a third world level, and I destroy all of its defenses with tactical strikes and super weapons. At last I roll in with my breath and fps taking army and obliterate everything. It takes needlessly long, but I enjoy it for some reason.
No better feeling than selecting all units, clicking the middle of enemy base, then leaning back and sipping coffee with a smug smile on your face.
These. I always start building in RA2:YR massive Singleplayer Campaingish Soviet base and store there the best elite Conscripts, Flak Troopers, Tesla Troopers, tanks etc. This also goes with any other RTS game. No matter would I end up losing or winning, but I must get that base that would be awesome to defend as in singleplayer.
It doesn't matter what's happening it doesn't matter if your an inch away form death, I MUST RELOAD IF ONE BULLET IS MISSING FROM THE DAM CLIP!

I took the ATVs from RA2 and then put chrono soldiers in them, maxed their level out, and I removed an entire enemy base in seconds.
Sometimes I will hold my breath when playing a multiplayer game, I don't know why.
This might be more of a phobia but if I ever manage to exploit outside of a map and there is a mass infinite amount of space I always try not to jump out into it fearing I'll bug the game out and my character will forever be falling in the abyss.
I must always make sure that my ammo is even, and I never let any items go to waste. For example, if I have max grenades and there are some on the floor, I'll throw a couple away just to pick it up.
I always shout weird stuff when playing games. For example, when shooting people, I always shout out punching sounds even though I'm not using my fists, and always shout death sounds from other games out when I kill someone
I always reload whenever I've fired some rounds no matter how many, I always swap between weapons constantly when the swap rate is very quick like in Counter-Strike, If the game has NPC teammates and one has a particularly badass moment then I will name that one and follow them everywhere trying to make sure they don't die and even jumping in the way of one-hit kill weaponry in order to save them, I move my mouse to the centre of the mouse pad all the time, I can't handle wasting anything, etc.
I do a lot of stuff but those are the only ones I can think of from the top of my head.
Sometimes I will hold my breath when playing a multiplayer game, I don't know why.
If the player character holds his breath to stabilize a sniper rifle, I do it too, single- or multiplayer. Happens especially often in COD.
I got two things.
First is when I'm playing a stealth sniping mission in COD with one of my friends sitting right next to me, I'll whisper to him whenever I tell him to cover me, or look somewhere/go somewhere.
Second, waaaaaay back when I used to play Lego Rock Raiders (kick ass game btw) I would always choose one miner, name him after me, give him all the cool upgraded shit, and play as him in first person. If not first person, I just made sure that he stayed alive.
Always go for the knife kill no matter how stupid a situation it is.
For example on Modern Warefare 2 I killed 5 guys with a knife, they were all together in that room on Skidrow next to the big machine gun
Firstly I reload CONSTANTLY. Never really noticed it until Cod MW2. Using a Scar-H (lolnoobgun i know) I would shoot a few bullets, kill a guy, and reload immediately after, despite me knowing there are more people around the corner.
Secondly, I always like to hide in a game. Whether it's being infected when nobody knows I am in the left 4 dead 2 demo, or operating a secret invisible contraption in GMOD, I just love to hide somewhere where they can't see me.
Like in hl2dm, I used to pile up all the props I could find into a corner, and hide behind them.
I try to reach places you are not supposed to go and if I can't find a way there, I get frustrated and usually quit for a while.
in games like S.T.A.L.K.E.R where everyone has a name, I remember the names of people I pass by often.
[editline]11:11AM[/editline]
Sometimes I'll also release the mouse and such and just wait to see what cool idle animation comes with each weapon.
I used to do this is halo. I wuld top just to see my guy fuck around with his gun. I mean, what man doesn't want to check whats on the other side of that damn viewmodel?

Goo luck doing that with all the wall hacking aim-botters.
On RPGs i stock up on useless garbage thinking that "it could possibly come in handy". It's often useless shit that's just there for the sake of being there. Makes my inventory filled up as hell.
I also tend to keep items from the beginning of the game, hoping it will make a significanse in the end.
I jump and turn whenever I'm going anywhere in a game with jumping (kind of a strafe jump) and if I ever start playing a game then for some reason can't, I'll look up every single tip/trick for that game that I can find and watch tons of gameplay until I can play the game again.
BF2: Throwing grenades over teammates so they turn around. Another one is sneaking behind teammates and pulling out the knife so they quickly turn around.
Letting my mind wander in racing games ( If I could type and Race I would probably had done 99% of my essays)
If something is on screen blocking my view, I try to move my head to look around it. :downs:
