What is your most epic/awesome in-game moment you have ever experienced? - Games

Pretty awesome moment i have experienced would be from Bioshock. I didn't know much about storyline or anything before I started playing. (I blindly bought it without any info) In bathysphere, right after A.Ryan's text about sweat of someones brow. Right after that slideshow, I saw Rapture... I felt cold running down my spine. Damn good blind buy

The last fight in HL2:EP2, felt like a real badass. Also the last parts of Mass Effect gave me the same incredible feeling Star Wars once did.

I was playing Sumotori, right? I got charged by 3 GUYS, and pushed them all down. Afterwords, I was stumbling around quite a bit, but I still managed to hold my ground. :c00l:

My first ever stab and sap with a level 3 sentry in Team Fortress 2. I had a warm glow for hours afterwards.

In empires there are some pretty nice moments I had, like that I had a 50+ kill streak, and they still didn't know where I was at.

In EVE Online I was in my corp's pirate hunting fleet, I took massive damage (in my Rupture) and escaped with 2% structure left. Almost kept it that way as a momento.

Planetside: My squad and I were defending a Amp station (base) against the Terran Republic, firing down at them from the walls and blasting them with light tanks, but we were slowly loosing; the Terran soldiers had tech benefits, support (they controlled all other bases on the continent), and sheer numbers. Just as Terran heavy tanks began to break into the base, a friendly Galaxy Gunship flew in and began circling the base, pouring explosive death down on the commie scum. :smug: Tribes 2: I was bombing an enemy base, with a pilot and tailgunner in my bomber. Our gunner ran out of flares to distract enemy missiles, and we were hit. The pilot brought the bomber closer to the ground to make it a harder target, but as we were coming down an enemy bomber saw us and began chasing us, while trying to blast us with lasers and chainguns. We began to swerve around small canyons, with me blasting the enemy bomber with my bombadier lasers. Eventually our tailgunner brought their shields down, and they smashed into a hill and began to chase us on foot, until we dropped a dozen high explosive bombs on their heads.

Dunno. Could've been the first time I played the Super Mario Galaxy demo, that was fun. Or it could've been the Super Smash Bros. Brawl tournament, that was great too. Or maybe it could've been the invasions/Sniper Missions I've gone on in Planetside. I'm just not sure.

I got a 5 tank convoy rolling in Battlefield 2142, complete with engineers and air support. We crushed the opposition that round, finishing off the round with continual fire on their Titan.

It was a faithful day in Rome: Total war... My army was just returning after defeating a Macadamian Army. They were especially shook up becasue they wanted us to give in. When Returning our numbers were thin, but we were still 2,000 strong filled with all of my greatest warriors. When returning through a forest we were ambushed by Macadamians! They were 4,000 men assisted buy two 2,000 men armys of sparta! I had just made the greatest victory of my life, i wans't going to give up now.... So, i prepared my 2,000 men to fight against the 8,000 enemies dawning towards us. I set up a defensive positon with my footmen with behind them the archers ready to fire. My Cavalry was at the side of all these men. As the men spearmen arrived us the archers started firing, They began to panic and ran at my footmen. as my footmen attacked them the cavalry moved around back to flank the spearmen... This process was repeated multiple times to conquer the enemy, including the brave and fearless spartans who fought to their death... In the end we had lost 800 men and they had lost 6,000! It was the greatest victory of my life wich will not be soon forgotten!

Also, invading England as the French in Empire Total War. I research all the cannon and infantry upgrades beforehand, so I flattened the English with puckle guns, quick lime shells, howitzers and platoon fire.

Nothing "epic" has actually happened to me for a long time in a game, although I did get a nice mini-killstreak in MW2 today. Akimbo .44 Revolvers (awful), on wastelands (also awful), I run into the little middle bunker part and there's about 4/5 dudes running in from an other entrance. I sprint up to them and fire off both guns alternatively, getting headshots on 3 of them and taking the other down with 2 rounds. It was pretty cool at the time.

I really liked the ending of Call of Duty Modern Warefare 1. Felt a good chunk of satisfaction from that. In Crysis Warhead, when you are chasing the Korean in the hovercraft and some really orchestral music starts playing I felt like a real badass.

This one time in Stalker SHOC multiplayer. It was team deathmatch on Yantar, and there were 3 or 4 guys around the bottom floor of that building with multiple floors. I ran towards the entrance of the building and took out one of the guys, and sprinted up the stairs. The 3 other guys were following me, so I jumped out onto a window ledge on the top floor and got out of view just in time. The 3 guys ran right past me, I jumped in from outside and slaughtered them. After that I think they kicked me for "cheating" :v:

When i was playing Dragon Age, In my party was Me, Sten, Zevran and Morrigan. Me and Zevran were killing a few guys while Morrigan stayed back to heal and weaken the enemies, all of a sudden Sten runs off, at this time i can't follow him because me and Zevran are engaging the main bulk of the enemies. Sten's health bar starts to fall down and down until he's nearly dead and Morrigan can't heal him because he's out of range, luckily, Me and Zevran finished killing the enemies sorrounding us and we run to help Sten. We ran up the staircase expecting to find Sten dead within a hit, but as soon as he comes into sight he is halfway through delivering a finishing blow to an enemy lieutenant and withdraws his sword from the torso of his foe, with a satisfyingly massive amount of blood squirting out from his chest.

In Battlefield 1943, i was sitting on top of the highest mountain in Guatacanal (sp?) and was killing so many people attacking our only base, the Fuel Dump. I was so dangerous that they got a tank up by me, but I ran around it and put some C4 on it and blew it up. Then some other guy in a plane bombed me and I died. Same game, I got a hit a guy in the head [b]while he was shooting at me from a plane.[/b] The other has to be being at a friends house and playing Super Smash Bros. Melee for the whole night.
