It should also be noted that the AR sees use over better guns largely for logistical reasons, it is extremely reliable and needs practically no maintenance if any at all. And presumably it fills a close quarters role. Where the BR fills a longer range precision role. It is also apparently very ergonomic and has very little recoil or something.

Then the first few pages was discussion on how future weapons really WERE going to work. I liked that discussion. Then page 19 was fanboyism, and I don't know about pages 5-18, didn't read them.

Master Chief is an awesome name you just don't like things. In fact the story goes that Master Chief was just a placeholder name based on his fictional rank, but eventually it stuck because it was just too awesome.
