I don't see why void isn't picked more for diretide. Ult is great for destroying teams, and good damage output in the roshan battle. And he has a "blink."
Yeah, Void is awesome. I like to get blink and linken's on him for extra mobility and unkillability.

I once saw an Anti-Mage on my team have a Blink and he blinked in, stole candy, blinked out. He did it constantly. When they raided our candy he just went in and stole all of theirs. We had less at the time, but when they came back both teams had 0 but AM had literally 30+ on him when he deposited it.

blink dagger is good for doing hit-n-run's on the enemy stash. don't know about linken's.
Another way you can kill\teamkill during sugar rush is playing tiny and tossing people into roshan when he slams the ground or toss people into his 3000 dmg sun strikes.

You don't make the same item builds on a regular game and a Diretide game, in fact, the best Enigma build for Diretide is Refresher rush into Heart.

Each candy removes 7.5% HP.
Which means having 30 candy puts you at 1 HP and not 4 HP-
