Guys, Basically, shadow essence = shadow courier, no matter stuff inside the egg right ?
yep so if you get shadow essence use it on a new egg
yep so if you get shadow essence use it on a new egg
What of unusual essence ? How do these 2 mix ? [editline]5th November 2012[/editline] Also, I know it's not trade, but how much are Unusual and Shadow essences worth ? in keys probably
What of unusual essence ? How do these 2 mix ?
unusual essence will add a ring around the egg, up to three rings
unusual essence will add a ring around the egg, up to three rings
I mean how does shadow essence affect egg with unusuals, and can shadow egg be affected by unusuals. Kinda void now since I traded my shadow and now I am proud owner of full 3 circle pimped Seraphic egg. Though I am still curious.
Shadow Essence is worth like several Unusual Essences isn't it? Is it legitimately rarer or is this another case of trader manipulation? All this bullshit about these eggs is starting to get confusing.

Shadow seems rarer, however it requires less work seemingly, as I do believe it can mix with unusual essences ,but you don't have to fill egg with anything beforehand, as shadow = dark greevil, no matter the colours put inside an egg.
I really like my purple egg. I have three yellows right now, I'm tempted make it white. What do?
I need a yellow so I can turn my 3red-2yellow egg Orange. Already got a Merciless egg (traded a friend for his, I had an alt with Dota 2 on it so I got a new egg and traded for his, he wanted green and thought red + another colour made green :V).

Anyway, my predictions right now are that the Seraphic eggs and the non-imbued eggs are going to be the most common. However, just get one you like and if it's unusual, awesome. I really like my green and purple eggs as of yet.
I want another egg , so I can make a orange and/or green one.
So in order to make the greevil thing I need to fill up the whole egg?

So we lost the first half of Diretide, but we took all their candy for no reason during the Roshan fight and put it in our bucket and then got last hit. WHEEEEEEEEE

I havent failed to kill rosh several times in a row, I just get full stats and get Ethereal blade, it does like 2k~ damage and its easy to calculate the last hit.

And that's using Pugna with an agh, which isn't even that great.

Not sure whether I should convert my greedy egg into a Seraphic one. White is cool, but green's my favourite color.

Remember that Valve is going to go TF2 route with Dota 2, so expect stuff like this halloween's courier and mode every major holiday.
-snip- double posts are evil, evil, I'll tell you!
I played Rubick in Diretide against an Anti-Mage. Took his blink and took everything. [editline]5th November 2012[/editline] Attack speed Rubick OP. Or something.
What's a good item to go for as juggernaut? I feel like battlefury is a bad choice for this mode.
Good lord Visage is good on Diretide.
What's a good item to go for as juggernaut? It does buff your ultimate pretty well and reduced cooldown is particularly fitting for 20 min max game duration. Other than that, basic DPS items of choice, be it deso, butterfly, SnY, etc. [editline]5th November 2012[/editline]
Good lord Visage is good on Diretide.
Constant teamfights and soul assumption, yeah. However familiars are still joke in surviviability department. They just plain ain't fun to keep alive, as you basically have to see whose model is turned into their direction to avoid getting 2-3 shotted.

AM stole a shitload of candy? No worries, my familiars 2 shot him. And holy balls, when people pick up the candy dropped by roshlings, I can drain their speed and kill them really quickly. He has a lot more DPS than you'd think, especially since I built Orchid and Rod of Atos on him. And the familiars are annoying to keep alive if enemy has dirge, death prophet, phantom lancer, axe, or a sniper, but other than those, they aren't focused that hard.
Forgot agh adds 3 jumps to jugg, will try that with deso and possibly vlad.

I mean, suppose you're Lion. Use abilities on heroes, but right-clicks are barely noticable compared to carries, so use them smarter by aiming frail yet strategic targets.
