How to make the Roshan fight fun:
Rosh doesn't sit down like a fat loser and camp one spot, he has a sugar rush and goes batshit and charges around the map bursting through trees and hopping cliffs. If you die you get a long respawn, screw the 3 second crap. If everyone is dead at the same time then no rosh prize for anybody rather than free shit that takes no effort. Rosh isn't a super tank anymore either, so it's not a boring grind but more active and spontaneous.

I've been crazy unlucky but 2-5 drop at the end of every rosh kill, and assholes are asking for multiple rares or a mythical for a single fucking Wex.

This isn't fair, I'm missing a lot from the event. There is Always something preventing me from playing, I've only been able to play a few matches.
So what do the eggs actually do? I don't understand what happens when they hatch.

Red, purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, white, and black are the kinds you can get, and I guess the more you put into it, they'll get bigger and fancier and such, like upgraded Necro units. (the black greevil uses a shadow essence, though, which you can only put one in the egg and nothing else)
There's also unusual essences, which seem like you could use up to three on an egg to make the courier a better and better unusual one? That's not clear, though.
Wisp is so broken in this, love it.

One of our guys has a Skip the Delivery frog and the enemy let us win, but there was 2 minutes left and a score difference of like 80 so we couldnt even do it freely.

We did this yesterday because we all had shitty common axe and furion items and one person on the other team had unusual stumpy.
Cryder and me just got shat on. It was 41-41 but for some reason Radiant won. There goes my mythical corpsemaker Axe axe.

Yes. If it means that I actually get an item. If you lost the first round, then that means you'd walk away with nothing for the whole match if everyone died to roshan at once, which with extended respawns, would be incredibly easy.

No, you might as well just skip the third phase and get the item then without wasting 5-7 mins then. They should just remove the third phase or make it possible to lose.

That's your opinion though, I find the third phase fun, and apparently many other people do to.
My point is, if you and your friend are trick or treating and he gets to a house before you and gets some candy, you go to the house and they say "Well your friend got here before you, so you don't get any candy." How exactly would you feel? I think I'd be pretty pissed that I just wasted my time playing an entire game just to walk away with nothing.
This is different from regular games, because this mode was intended to give everyone items. Removing their intention of giving everybody something means that they shouldn't have even made this mode in the first place, and just given everyone eggs with essence that has a higher drop rate after matches.
