Are there any mods that re-enable rain and snowfall?

I found a slime in a cave in bedrock, I killed it because it was being mean and a really giant slime and 4 baby slimes fell out. I kept killing the giant slimes until I had about 8 baby slimes following me. I was able to make a staircase up to the surface and I was going to guide them over to my house but they jumped in a lake and got stuck. I was eventually able to get 3 of them out and I guided those ones over to my house. They are now in my basement :3:

Anyone getting this when clicking "Upload skin" on minecraft.net? There was an error while saving the skin. java.lang.NullPointerException
