Those are always fun. I once found 2 conjoined then dug like 10 blocks over and found another. Got like 6 saddles from that.

On one of my worlds I started a mine underneath my house and discovered 3 separate dungeons around 10 blocks apart from each other.

29 of the diamonds, 64 of the Iron, and 9 of the Gold aren't from the expedition, everything else is from one mining adventure.

I need to finish one of my worlds because it's my one where I've got my underwater city and I'm making a large nation, but I'm not really motivated to keep working on it because it's such an early map, there's no lapis lazuli, no biomes, I even have to sail out to uncharted lands to find clay. I recently started a new world and I've already set up quite the little outpost, I think I've lost all motivation and I'm just keeping the world because of the underwater city.
