No, you can have more than one mod. Although some mods may conflict with each other.

And set your difficulty to peaceful. Or if you still want the other mobs, install the mod Careful Creepers / Peaceful Creepers.

Don't do what EVERYONE else does. Do something unique. Do challenge maps. Set a challenge for yourself to complete for that specific video. And above all, explain what you are doing, why and how. That way no one is watching thinking they might as well play the game "because this guy is just doing regular crap". And teach your viewers.

So if you make a video dedicated to building something with redstone, explain how it works as you make it. It's going to take a few minutes to build, so why not spend that time talking about it instead of that one time your neighbor came to your house just to kick your dog.
