Well, I'd wait, AC4 won't come in a long time.
But you should wait if the urge to play isn't strong enough. If you wait for a week you'll see if the price drops. And if your patience is even better I'd wait for the Christmas sale where there's a bigger chance it will go on sale.

I bought the rest of the DLC for New Vegas I have yet to get. And I bought Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion as it's one of my favorite RTS games. Now to wait and see about tomorrow's deals.

Pro tip: Unless you are terrible at self control and need to buy everything right now, wait if you want a game that is expected to go on sale.
If you are running out of funds early into the sale, just sink in and buy the game. Wait until the last hours of the sales to get any games that were not on sale.

That was more than half of what was on my wishlist, and were all on sale. So money well spent, I think.

Green man Gaming had it for $7.50 around a week ago. I got it for $6 using a 20% off coupon they had available at the time. So if the Steam price doesn't get low enough for your liking green man gaming might offer it at a cheaper price later on.

Haha, I remember when arma 2 used to be 80% off during sales. Developers got greedy with success of DayZ, eventhough dayz 15 minutes of fame has passed already.
