I would go for XCOM, I've seen Sleeping Dogs much cheaper elsewhere. Picked it up myself for £8.61 the other day.

I found Deus Ex HR To be an amazing game. I got it during the summer sale and it was worth every penny. I didn't get the DLC with it but now I kinda wish I had.
