I'm pretty happy, with 50$ I got Dear Esther, Fallout 3: GOTY, SimCity 4 Deluxe, Spec Ops: The Line and Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition, excluding gifts I received and sent. Money well spent.

And now to find myself some free time to finish every uncompleted games I have on Steam.

I got Fallout 3 GOTY earlier this year, and I just noticed that I have 20 bucks on Steam and Fallout New Vegas GOTY is on sale for 18 bucks.
Deal or no deal? I loved Fallout 3 (to be honest I haven't finished it though) and I'm getting into Skyrim too.
I've heard mixed reviews on New Vegas, but I think it'll be a good investment.

Opinions?

I think New Vegas is better than Fallout 3 in the story and humor department, but I like the setting of Fallout 3 more. But I'd say for $18, it's not really a bad investment.

New vegas is completely superior to three in every conceivable way.

I wouldn't get GTA IV on the PC, heard its a really bad port since it wasn't ported by the actual devs of GTA IV, textures can be low-res, and frame-rate drops on some occasions. Even if your computer is good, I wouldn't recommend it.

While the story isn't amazing Just Cause 2 is one of the best games I've played it a long while and at $4 you cant beat that value...

really don't like the fact that it seems like it has no atmosphere and story/setting, and the fact that I'll likely just play it solo so the co-op part of it won't apply

But everyone says its good and I really wanted to play it during the summer diablo craze (because D3 lolpiss), but they took SOO damn long to release it that I never ended up getting it due to school and other games

I use a PayPal card that's connected to my account.
I actually only need 10 cents, but PayPal adds 30 or so cents to the bill in order to make money.
