Basically, yeah. There are many mods that improve the visuals to modern day standards though.

No, the best sidearm is the machine pistol that guy at the cordon military outpost has. I sometimes use it where a rifle could do better.

I can't run the game(s) on highest and i feel that clear sky has badder graphics at the same settings ? :S I run it at medium/high... Ooh and i also notice that turning up AA doesn't do shit :O Specs: E7500 2x 2.93 GHZ Intel 2 gig ddr2 ramm Ati x1950 pro 1GB version

Okay I bought the game last night and it just finished downloading, I turned on Full Dynamic Lighting and High quality settings, and the result was these weird lined shadows at the edge of the screen, I'm guessing it's because of the widescreen resolution 1440x900. So does anyone know if I can fix it, or if I install LURK will it get rid of this graphical mess? Running it on an ATi 4870 1gb, latest CCC drivers. I need some help, Clear sky fucks up at the starting intro where the Clear sky scientist and that dude with a French accent are talking (the leader, can't spell his name..). Instead of having the camera fly around the room like it should, I can move around, then the screen freezes and the scene plays but, I cant move or look around me after they leave the room.. I'm not using any mods or anything, help?

Dynamic Light is the thing that makes a big FPS drop for my game Full Dynamic Lightning - 20-30 FPS Static Lightning - 60-70 FPS :raise:

So i've bought Clear Sky and SOC. I've allready completed SOC once so which mods should I get? Clear Sky I haven't tried out, but is there any mods/patches I should get that could fix some issues with the game?
