Does it really matter if this is real or not? There are some pretty good odds that since Portal 2, Steam for Mac, New UI. All these things seem to be ushering in Hl2 Episode Three. There is a pretty good odd that Ep3 will be announced this year at E3 anyway.
Notice that they say that it won't be RELEASED in 2010. A possibility of an announcement is still there hopefully.

If you look at the info, it says it was created using [b]photoshop[/b] so I'm assuming he took a picture or something and photoshoped the hell out of it.

that just means that he opened it with photoshop (even once, possible to resize or adjust contrast) once he saves this new version, only photoshop data is left, no camera data. You proved nothing except that the man has Photoshop.
