Planetside 2 Thread v2 - Beta floodgates open GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY - Games

If I downloaded from the launcher but want to play ps2 on steam, is copying the files over enough, or do I have to redownload the whole thing?

Downloading it now, I dunno what empire I'd want to play as :v:

So I made my character on the blue guy team. It does the loading screen and says BE CAREFUL OUT THER WORK TOGETHER. I preform a solo steel rain move. I get spawn raped by about 20 different dudes. I then respawn back at the base and run around for a good five minutes before I found out I could spawn an ATV. Any FP outfits on the US East server? So about camo, did anyone figure out what exactly "single use" means yet? Surely it doesn't just mean you can only use it for one life right? Does it mean that you apply it to one vehicle / class and the camo is then unlocked for that one vehicle / class and you can't apply it to any other vehicles / classes unless you buy more or the unlimited use one?

Im on a europe server it's awesome.

tfw you forget this game exists because of other triple A games coming out, then bam the game is already out and you don't have to go through the hype-train phase where you can't handle the wait.

The game has [I]major[/I] microphone issues.

Do NA and EU clients have completely separate servers?

I did. But I'm from EU and some people say you need EU client? I have a Sony account and I logged in fine via Steam one and I see a couple EU servers.

I just watched the trailer for planetside 2 on steam, I thought the choice of soundtrack was weird but overall pretty cool. Then it finished. But the music didn't. Then I realised steam has the video muted and I was listing to Our Dying Brains by Grandaddy on youtube because I launched Firefox just before steam store: [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?&v=5K0VmUKPpfc[/url] Fucking media tags Strange how it fit pretty well.

start to install planetside 2 and it tells me it will take 2 hours. is actually installing and it estimates 22 minutes

you guys are lucky. I live in the sticks so it takes me over 5 hours to download.

So when I hit the play button on the patching client, it starts to load the game and windows give me a "Planetside2.exe has stopped working" and I cannot figure this out. Anyone have any ideas? I tried turning off my firewall and that didn't fix it, I tried running in administrator mode and even compatibility with windows xp but still nothing.

So glad I could re-buy my Crow with the 4k station cash. I love that thing

I still haven't been credited with my purchases. Which is annoying. I've tried the whole logging in and out thang.

I haven't had any problems with buying stuff.

When I try to install this steam gives me an error and says that I have no subscription...
