What do you get per heal tick now?
[editline]25th November 2012[/editline]
Killing obviously gets you a lot of EXP, but I'm talking the absolute fastest way no questions asked. You're obviously not going to constantly have somebody in front of you to shoot.
Get a spawn Sundy in the middle of a base during an attack/defense. Then go out healing/repairing everyone. 2exp per spawn adds up fast when there are 100 people there.
anyone ever gotten a lightning jammed between two objects? it makes the most horrific sound
I'm pretty sure my stuck lightning making the sound of 50 stampeding rhinos is what turned my sneaky back-cap of a minor facility into an all out 3 way war yesterday since it can be heard by enemies 5 hexes away

Yup, I had my full squad go ninja on the crown today at Miller. Man, I had hundreds of spawns.
I actually reached 13000 points/hour. I think that's my new record.
One of my own liberators shot me down last night. I don't even know how it happened.
I no longer try to guard galaxies or liberators. Bored gunners shoot me out of the sky.
I can only remember being killed by a shotgun a few times, I could count the deaths on one hand. They're not that great.
Not necessarily. It could just mean very few people have coughed up 1000 certs or the money for them.
I am really enjoying the PPA on my Scythe. With Infrared Optics, it's incredibly easy to do a low pass over infantry and cut 'em down, and its even pretty decent at taking out lightly armored targets. You can nuke a flash with just two or three hits, and take out AA guns and other stationary turrets without much hoohah.
It does kinda blow at taking out other fighters though, just because it's so easy to dodge the plasma balls! Even so, it's a monster at attacking Galaxies and Liberators! Just the booms it makes are enough to make most of 'em break away!
PPA, well worth 100 Certs, and the infrared was well worth the additional 50. They turned the Scythe from an ineffectual ponsy-boat into a heavy-hitting low altitude bomber. Pchoo pchoo pchoo!
Maybe one day, before I'm old and feeble, I'll be able to unlock rocket pods, and really put the smackdown on some people!

ARrarrg, these FuCkIn AA missiles. Cannot go anywhere without getting locked onto. Thankfully, the only counter costs an assload of certs ;]
I think I'm just gonna play TR until the NC playerbase sorts it's self out.
After my friend described this as "sci-fi battlefield but with a huge persistant map", I rushed to download it, seen some stuff on it, interested to give it a go!
Huh, vehicle weapons are way cheaper than I thought, other than the missile pods.
Soltech is down.
Shit.
some tr outfit decided to stay up all night to cap all the continents while nobody else was playing
true warriors
I havent used a galaxy since they removed the option to use it as a mobile spawn point in the beta. How do you earn xp with them now?
You dont. Really, you gain 5xp or something when somebody you've dropped kills anything, and 15 or something xp if anybody of your gunners manage to hit anything before it crashes and burns, because those guns suck.
I wanted to be a dedicated Gal pilot before beta, and it was fun and useful when you had GAMS and loadout abilities, but now, it's just useless and unfun.
I'll guess i'll join the ESF horde.
some tr outfit decided to stay up all night to cap all the continents while nobody else was playing

I helped :v
My last three deaths have been accidental crashes. Pchoo.
On the plus side, I am kicking BUTT right now with my Scythe! I just need to invest in that "faster respawn" certification for it.
I don't get how people can drive air vehicles so damn well, whenever I get in one it feels like I'm flailing about and going slow.

Dogfighting is basically flailing around aimlessly until you get the guy in your crosshairs.
Does somebody have a screenshot of the Gamestop promo rifle? The non-store one, the one you get for using a card.
If the skin's any good I might grab a $5 card and redeem it later, since everybody seems to fucking love the NS-11.
Can you have a camo and a bullbar at the same time on the Sunderer? I know you can't have a bull-bar and hub-caps.
Any Terran brothers on the Helios server?
Dogfighting is basically flailing around aimlessly until you get the guy in your crosshairs.
Not if you know how to fly.
Is there any actual difference between the NS-11 from gamestop and the NS-11 available for 1,000 certs / $7?
It's colored differently I believe. Silver from gamestop or something.
Man these estimated queue times are WAY off.
I usually don't play MMOs and I was spoiled by Guild Wars 2's "Overflow server" system so this is really bugging me.
Can you have a camo and a bullbar at the same time on the Sunderer? I know you can't have a bull-bar and hub-caps.
Yes. Camo and misc items are both in their own categories in the customization menu.
Not if you know how to fly.
since you have the ability to stop on a dime and hover and basically have complete control over the vehicle with no fear of stalling, it really is just randomly flying around stopping and going until the enemy pops up infront of you or until you pop up infront of him.
OR
camping high up in the sky until you see an enemy and then just taking him out with the air-to-air missiles.
this is what it feels like when i fly a vanu scythe
Not if you know how to fly.
Yeah, the difference is when an experienced pilot flails around he does it on purpose
Weapons cost way too many damn certs. Most of the time I get bored of attempting to save up for one and just dump the certs I've got into other stuff I won't have to wait a month to use.

I guess their logic was that you will either grind it or buy it after you bought all the cheap stuff, so you won't be looking at your cert count every 5 minutes. Something like late game lvling in MMOs.

My only problem with that is that I play Infiltrator quite a bit, and I kind of need to unlock a shorter range weapon to use the half of the time I'm not sniping.
