That was fun, me and my outfit had our galaxy destroyed, so we started a prowler column. We killed like, 20 magriders. good days. I'm also now the go-to gal pilot, for some reason, we kept flash spawning them and I was told to go into pilot. When are servers back online?

for some reason this game is still not feeling as big or as involved as planetside 1 did

probably because the game is brand new which means players are still figuring out what's where and what's going on, whereas in ps1 you have players who've had years of experience in massive outfits organizing shit.

well i think PS1 also felt more like an MMO, while PS2 feels more like a shooter game i don't know if that's bad or good

nah ps2 definitely feels like an mmo

i still get a distinctly planetside feeling from it even though it's totally different

My outfit's Gal (i was playing escort) got cut off by another gal, and got rammed, but the other gal exploded.

If you want to know why PS2 isn't feeling like PS1 look at the vehicle list. PS1 has so much more than PS2 and it actually required some behind the front line supply running rather than just capping and defending bases 24/7

Is PS1 still popular nowadays? I would love to play it. Supply running is totally my sort of thing, I love being useful to the team.

I think the games fun I just wish they would optimize it so I could fight in battles with more than 20 people.

Right now its pretty ridiculous, it turns to spray and pray because everyones framerate is shit during large base battles.
