Outfit depends on the server, there's around 1-2 on a few servers depending on their locations.

I have the EU1 TR FP Outfit atleast, there's also a Vanu outfit on the server.

I keep getting 1-10 FPS when there are enemies or allies in mass around
But when I´m in one facility alone I get 30-40 FPS mostly

Personally I hold a steady 30+ FPS everywhere, so things go pretty smooth here.
