at first when i saw they were going to change the low-level areas i was mad because the new people wouldn't be able to see the old way, but eventually i accepted it. i'm glad that they're actually doing something with desolace, and darkshore looks pretty pimp too, but i think they went overkill on the barrens.

basically do the same rotation as you would do if you were DPS'ing, using defensive cooldowns as necessary and using rune strike all the time.

Make a macro to cast Rune Strike after every ability you use, that way you will make sure to use it whenever it's avaliable.

This has to have been the WORST, most PAINFUL Cataclysmic Comparisons yet. I mean, Azshara has been made so much smaller. Finding the correct positions in old world in comparison to new world took up at least an extra 30 minutes during filming, for example.. You see the Pleasure Palace? The area on top of that hill with the big Goblin face sticking out of it? In old world that was further south and much smaller, they've essentially moved a mountain.
Not only that but the branches of Azshara have been condensed by a fuck load, lots of it seems to have fallen into the sea but they've pushed essential monuments (such as that collapsed statue) further west meaning I couldn't get a spot on comparison from all of those.
I think it's obvious why I put this off for so long now but, I digress. The main change to Azshara (other than the Pleasure Palace) is the Goblin Rocketway and that area out in the sea that I don't know the name of. The Goblin Rocketway serves as a way for the Goblins to transport the resources they've been taking from Azshara to Ogrimmar, it seems that this is where the majority of Ogrimmar's new materials have come from as vast ammounts of trees have been cut down. My hope is that players will get to ride the rocketway at some point.

Oh god, I stopped playing WoW a few months back, but suddenly after watching those videos I'm feeling the urge to reinstall and get ready for Cataclysm. I told myself I wouldn't give in :(
