But yea, I would admit to being carried. The guild wanted to try ICC after a long break and I was the 10th person online. So I wasn't really prepared, and I'm gonna go about gemming and enchanting my gear soon because my guild said I could stay as healer when we try heroic mode. And besides, its not all about the gear, I got the skills.

I don't think it's instanced. Probably just one of those teleport loading screens you have when teleing from Stormwind > Ironforge for example.
