I do take your advice though. I respecced survival, gemmed my gear, enchanted my legs and im trying to find minor glyphs but none are really beneficial for me.

I don't get the big deal about my gems. The priority list for druids is: Hit haste cap (I had haste cap before the ICC gear, now I'll have to regem for it), stack SP, have enough mana regen. The only reason why I have the +20 spirit was because I was having problems with mana regen and I wanted some SP out of it.
I do my job just fine, although there is always a way to improve, which I'm trying to do.
