Saints Row 2 has some of the shittiest driving ever - Games

I have the Xbox 360 Saints Row 2 and I don't really mind the driving physics, Ignoring that, it's one of the most fun games I've ever played. Try it.

After completing SR2 a few times you get used to it. Spacebar is your friend on corners.

I stopped playing Saints Row 2 for quite a while because the driving was so shit, but then I got back into it and just got used to it. Still prefer GTAIV's driving though, the AI drivers aren't as crazy stupid as those in SR2.

I was happy with it as I bought when it was like £2 on steam

What big rulebook am I missing out on here? People automatically assume that if it's realistic it isn't any fun.

Yeah the driving is too perfect and annoying especially on Windows 7 its like going at 2x speed, but I love throwing people into the road or the sea. :D

I take it you haven't played The Saboteur then? It's like driving obese cows whilst your arms are broken.

The driving in this game doesn't seem too awful as long as its not lagging. Some vehicles are worse than others. I rage-deleted SR2 after having a mission where you had to shoot at 7 people on motorcycles while riding one. It was so impossible due to the random changes from perfectly smooth to 5fps.

Yeah the PC port is terrible so I would honestly go with a console version. Of course you'll find it still has the more arcadey stile driving even on a console.
