First bundle with one skin is around 1463 RP and the second one around 1950 RP.
Not sure if those are the accurate numbers, but hope it gives you an overview :smile:

Flag does NOT make AP jarvan possible. Please do not build him AP ever.
By the way minions are SUPER op. One full wave of minions deals deals damage that's about one champion worth of damage (not a carry).
After 20 minutes if you push from your tower to another tower you should have 3 full waves (you can stack 2 cannon minions then in these waves) which will rape the tower.

9 out of 10 times I go mid i with Ez (which I hate) I get Vlad or Morde.
Vlad gets 1 kill because he has 422 speed while I have 375..
Then he gets like 300-350 dmg with each Q and can 4 hit me. YAY!
I die twice and go top, Mundo already died thee times top, and then proceeds to die 2 times mid.

you don't need them - they just help a lot. with those runes you can get level 6 in about 6 minutes with only a vampiric scepter.
it's almost like jarvan was made for ganks

No, you don't but that's the fastest jungle imo. I jungled without those runes before it works perfectly fine. With those runes you just get a vampirific scepter and you can get to lvl 6 in 6 minutes.

They changed it for Katarina, Twitch, Evelynn and Annie.
