Assuming you already have red buff, you charge in with your contamination (that AoE ability he got) and hit them once or twice forcing them to either use flash or ghost before you use the Pillar of Filth to prevent them from escaping further.
This requires a competent laning team mate who reacts when you ping like crazy for the gank though...
The trick is to time the Pillar of Filth and know when to use it at the best possible moment.
Since most people don't like to take the time and learn this they bitch about how suckish he is :mad:

Stonewall theory crafts every jungle possibility.
Trundle isn't the fastest and he's really weak against counter jungling / invasion.

Me and TF were fighting over mid, so we decided to both mid. Malph was soloing bot, whose tower got gibbed first. Then we took out mid's. Then the enemy bumrushed the middle tower and I got a triple kill in the resulting team fight, and proceeded to destroy people. I even ganked Karthus.

It's the only thing he really has to kill with. (Pool doesn't dmg that much without a lot of hp, and ult is meh, unless used in teamfights)

WW has: 20% hp in magic damage, teamwide AS boost and supression. Olaf can't be CC'd, say bye to your carry. Jarvan can knockup and force their carry to use flash I guess. I actually prefer Jarvan over Olaf, but I can see why Olaf would be better.
