Riot said that they will not release that map until after the graphical update to the game and with this last patch we saw a few characters get an updated display picture. So I was thinking, could they slowly be releasing the art work for the characters and then give us the graphical update sometime within the next few months?
I guess if we see them change more pictures with the next few patches it'll probably confirm my theory.

Assassins / Anti Carries: Kassadin, Poppy, Akali, Shaco, Irelia, Evelynn
Kassadin is the quintessential assassin / anti carry. He deals great burst to single targets, has a great mobility blink spell that allows him to chase and escape easily, and is basically everything you would want in said role.
Poppy has retarded amounts of burst, even more than Kassadin. She requires a lot more skill to consistently do good as because positioning is a really big part of her gameplay. She has a spell that allows her to ram an enemy around, and if you hit a wall they get stunned, allowing you to knock them around with your whatthefuckholyshitburst attack. She also has an ultimate that basically creates a 1v1 situation: only your target is allowed to damage you and you deal an increased amount of damage to your target. It's a strong spell to use against a carry that needs to be protected by their team. All you have to do is ult them and then burst them down since their team can't do shit to you for all the duration of your ult. She'd be on par with Kassadin if it weren't for her numerous glitches.
Akali is the assassin that has the best chances of stomping opponents in my opinion. She's incredibly strong if the enemy team doesn't know how to counter her. She has several damaging spells along with a stealth AoE that she can drop down on the ground. As long as Akali is inside the AoE, she is stealthed unless she attacks. Her ult allows her to dash towards a nearby target repeatedly so long as you have charges in it. This coupled with a Rylai's allows her to continuously chase after her target. And if they fight back, you can always set down a stealth shroud and rip them up while they're slowed.
Shaco is a jungler asshole bluh bluh etc. don't really have much to say about him.
Irelia is basically the same as Akali with a few differences here and there. Currently FotM due to her retardedly good stat scaling and her retardedly good true damage through her Hiten Style.

He doesn't even have burst anymore. The recent HSS nerf made it deal damage way too slow.
