Akali is the assassin that has the best chances of stomping opponents in my opinion. She's incredibly strong if the enemy team doesn't know how to counter her. She has several damaging spells along with a stealth AoE that she can drop down on the ground. As long as Akali is inside the AoE, she is stealthed unless she attacks. Her ult allows her to dash towards a nearby target repeatedly so long as you have charges in it. This coupled with a Rylai's allows her to continuously chase after her target. And if they fight back, you can always set down a stealth shroud and rip them up while they're slowed.
Shaco is a jungler asshole bluh bluh etc. don't really have much to say about him.
Irelia is basically the same as Akali with a few differences here and there. Currently FotM due to her retardedly good stat scaling and her retardedly good true damage through her Hiten Style.

Kassadin is my #1 "most powerful when fed". He is fucking scary on several levels.
Kassadin and Akali are on the same level on burst, but Akali can burst more frequently.
She's also less likely to escape unless she kills everyone whereas Kass always has an escape option through his R. Akali's escape is a bit weaker. She's also a lot more up close compared to Kass.

I like to use Akali as more of an assassin, though, as with Kass you can only burst once when ganking, and then it's like "Tee hee, that hurt." and then riftwalk away. Akali you can do more damage. However, a good Kass is an insta-win.
Is there a trick to playing Annie right? My AP never gets incredibly high and I tend to have more kills than assists, which is unusual compared to, say, Veigar, who I'm used to. Am I doing it wrong or is Annie just way different?

I meet a guy named Crazed (lvl 30) in a custom game and it was one of the games where even though it's full they never start it. We agreed to mid each other before it started, but since it never did he invited me to a 1 on 1.
He picked Nidalee (I don't know shit about her) and I picked Urgot.
He got first blood with that holy-shit-where-did-my-health-go spear, but I later won the match. It was a good game and great practice. Overview of Nidalee is that she's amazing. She can heal a shit ton, chuck chunk spears, and turns into another form for a whole new set of skills
