It's because people don't know how to play him. He's not underpowered by any means and good twitches still walk all over everybody and carry teams.

Can we talk about stealth in this game for a minute? WTF were they thinking with this implementation? The only way to counter the existence of these champions on the other team is to spend large amounts of gold. You can be standing in a safe spot, away from bushes, within shouting distance to your tower, and they can literally stand on top of you (or your carry) without you knowing waiting for you to step out of your turret's range. How is that balanced? I know they're squishy, but if they're any good, you're dead before you can even respond.

Uh, this is some guy HOPING he is going to be like Mecurial/Sand Wraith.
The chance of it actually happening, since Riot has made zero effort to do any direct ports of good heroes, is nill.

Good twitches only walk over idiots who die to him because they overextend and get stealth ganked. He's not a good carry compared to anyone else.
also FUCK YES free Swain. Been wanting to try that dude for forever. Furthermore, nocturne looks really cool and I'll start saving my IP now. He has the potential to surpass alistar and maybe even maokai on my favourite champs list.
