Yeah that singed build eh, I prefer to play singed as off-tank and go AP. You can pickup items that are strong for tanking while building like a mage. Frozen Heart is pretty sick against auto attack champions + AD teams. FoN gives you good move speed. Zhonya's gives both AP and armor.
Building singed is easy as crap.
Stack AP.
Build like a tank.
Build AP + tank.
Don't forget that with the right masteries you can get like 120 bonus HP with a mana crystal as your first item.

Have a full tier 3 runepage ready, and have at least 2 different types of champions that you can play well, and be able to play a tank. That's how I see it.

I have 8 rune pages. I can play carry, support, AP burst, constant AP, tank, bruiser, off-tank...
But my team doesn't team fight correctly, has awful positioning, does terribad in the laning phase and generally goes 0/20/0.
Also since they don't team fight my score looks like poop too. :smithicide:
