Pretty much. It's even better if I'm stealthed by a trail of death mushrooms and an enemy walks through them almost dieing. Then little Teemo jumps out and rapes them. Obviously, I wait until they think they are going to make it out alive. That little glimmer of hope makes the kill all the more satisfying.
