Short answer is worst case scenario with 13 champs you can end up without a champ to play.
Yi play? Jungle yi is pretty jokes, you're an assassin so your team fight capability is basically AFK in jungle, oh look a team fight, ghost over, Q a carry, pop E + R and hope everyone blew their CC at the start when you were afk in the jungle.
Bought Katarina, played her against a no-cc team, brofisted myself, came out of the game with 400 extra IP. She is quite easy mode. First-blood, triple kill 10 mins in, double kills throughout.
