You should have something bordering 250 on SS exiting your laning phase (roughly 100~ last hits, 80 being from SS), and then steadily grow to about 400 over the course of the rest of the game.
That's how it is for me.
Although nowadays I've been frequently hitting a nice round 300 or close to it at roughly the 14 minute mark which marks the general end of the laning phase for my level.

People love to defend Trynd and say GET SOME CC, like a stun or two, that'll counter him. :|
No shit.
Why not make every champ in the game do 2k+ dmg when fully fed with 4 hits? Just get CC to counter them!
Reminds me of Kog when he still was a very good pick, but then they just kept nerfing him. :|
