If the servers are busy/overcrowded/overpopulated/faggotsbetakinyourbandwidths, they put you in a queue. It's to prevent server lag, I believe?

he was before too actually. never lost a lane with him. boom enemy at 2/3rd health and really scared. if he still is I'm glad to hear that, just worried that his Q might be lacking at early levels, but I guess I'll try him out and see how it fares.

Fucking hell. I got postion in queue: 8 and then got in. Started takling with a friend, then I was gonna check something in practice games but I accidentally started battle training instead. I closed LoL since I didn't want to play it, and then when I try to start it again I keep getting "Busy" I can't even launch PVP.net.
IE Riot's new system is fucked up or something, I'm still waiting for a happy Teemo. :I

Does the ip increase with only a certain amount of time per day?
I meant about how long I played/if I won/how much IP I got.
They should let us choose the proving grounds for ARAM.
i just played the advanced tutorial and got 488 IP.
