His list reflects the meta-game. It's not like he plays every single champion in ranked games (sounds like a good way to lose rating).
Calling it a "fuckin' joke" isn't fair. Many people thought irelia was UP. Now everyone thinks she's OP. Half of what makes a champion good is the meta. The meta is formed by everyone playing. One person can't sway the meta. It takes lots of people.
Example: Reginald can play EZ as the highest elo. Does that make Ez the best champ? No.
During his meta-talks videos his reasoning is sound.

Tryn is a late game hero. Farm him up and steam roll.
Singed is the squishiest tank during the early game. He's easily harassed and ganked.

Xin doesn't really need that many damage items, a sword of the divine and ghostblade/black cleaver is all he needs.

i am the near highest scorer every game, not from ks. i push and i know when to back off, and when a fights coming, and call mia/re.
i gank dragons, i gank barons, i gank blue/red early, and i always win my lane.

Not really. For example, do you know why he bumped up urgot from tier 4 to tier 2? Because he started playing with Bruiseleet who's a 2100 elo urgot player. Before that, he was just like "oh, he's only good early game".
