Teleport.
Go back to beat him.
Go to the grass beside the river.
Mew appears, throw 6 pokeballs and caught.

You should be able to port the games from your cardtridge to your computer and then to your 3DS

I bought it from over seas, so its not for my region. It works fine on my GBA (Which is a local one), except that the time function doesnt work at all.
Is this just a problem with the cartrige or with the compatibity?
The mailman just brought my Heartgold and already regret having bought it.

my friend put his game through the wash and the time stopped working, so probably the cartridge
